Proverbs 27:16-18

American Standard Version

¹⁶ He that would ^[a]restrain her ^[b]restraineth the wind;
And ^[c]his right hand encountereth oil.
¹⁷ Iron sharpeneth iron;
So a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
¹⁸ Whoso keepeth the fig-tree shall eat the fruit thereof;
And he that regardeth his master shall be honored.
